Recap: Climber Beer night

On October 7, the Western Colorado Climbers Coalition (WCCC) hosted a Climber Beer Night at Monumental Beer Works in Grand Junction. Fifty local climbers attended to enjoy a local brews, watch a presentation by Steven Dimmitt of The Nugget Climbing Podcast and win some raffle prizes. WCCC Board Member Nolan Roberston provided some updates on WCCC activities, including the ongoing cleanup efforts in Unaweep Canyon’s Nine Mile Hill bouldering areas. Thank you to all that attended!! The WCCC raised $600 during the event, which will be used in part to purchase new tools for trail work!
